Donna Poston has been involved in the Allen County criminal justice system for eight years. She has a dual Bachelor’s degree in Management in Criminal Justice and Management and Communications as well as an MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University. Donna has completed the Indiana State Police Advanced Crash Investigation course given by the Indiana State Police and attended multiple seminars regarding various legal issues. 

    Donna worked at the Allen County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office as both a paralegal and a criminal investigator. In 2005, Donna left the Prosecuting Attorney’s Office to join Mr. Gevers in the practice of criminal defense.
